Yoga addresses the immutable link between the body, the breath, and the mind, recognizing that any conscious attempt to modify one of these factors can be used as an agent for comprehensive change in the whole system.

sitara yoga

A yoga series where we combine the physical aspects of yoga – asanas (movement) and breathing – with a focus on various aspects of health. The yoga classes issue from Virya Yoga, a yoga method which ensures that the whole body is covered based on sound biomechanical principles. Each session has a particular focus with both the physical practice and the educational component based on different aspects of health as mentioned above. The aim is to teach you about your body, breath and mind, to give you a stronger base from which to take care of your body even off the mat.
